In a symbiotic system where one can connect to the natural world in a way we all wish we could, longevity is at the forefront. Unwinding in space surrounded by the scent of pine and throngs of greenery between you and the next neighbour, intention has been crafted into every inch of this earthy experience.

From the sustainable approach of preserving tree growth, to a functional layout optimising family living, what you are left with is a day to day that feels grounded. Impressively, having allowed the landscape to remain largely undisturbed, in a community adorned with small single-family houses, the project was able to seamlessly slot into the already verdant ecosystem.

The rest was the result of an expert eye for detail and a synthesising of local tradition and utilitarian function. Intimate and protected, the space blends open areas with views of the expansive garden, overlooked by two gorgeous terraces. Arranged in niches and carved into the gable walls of both wings from extensions of the roof line, the home embodies an enclave of natural shelter and a gentle insulation from the prying eye.

It is safe to say we will all be keeping an eye on what the winner of the Five Star Architecture Single Residence Poland, at the 2024-25 European Property Awards, is up to next.

Creating more awe inducing home-spaces I assume.
